Roy did an addition on our house a little over two years ago. We had never done major construction on before and were a bit apprehensive at first. The entire process was an absolute pleasure. There were no “surprises” once the work started and at the end of the project the pricing was right where we expected. The positive experience did not end there however. Over the last two years as things have “settled” we’ve had to call Roy for minor touch ups; he has always responded promptly and professionally. It is great peace of mind knowing that not only is he concerned about getting the initial job but he is there to address anything that comes up after the initial job is complete.

Roy has done smaller jobs for me and has done great work. He's courteous, timely and When I moved into a new house, we were on a very short timeline and needed all the walls painted and hardwood floors redone. The work got done and it all looks beautiful. I plan to have Roy work on additional projects as well.

I was hesitant at first to hire a good buddy to build an addition for me fearing that it could jeopardize our friendship – boy, was I wrong. Roy Kennedy not only does great work and we became even better friends because of it. The room that Roy built for us added a new dimension to our whole house. Roy suggested we put in more windows and add skylights in order to bring nature into our house and he was right - it has become our favorite room in the house.

We hired Roy to design & build an addition to our home. We also had him make over some rooms within our house. We can say that all the work was done on time & he was always good at cleaning up at days end. We are very pleased with all the work and would highly recommend him at any time.

Roy Kennedy of FR Kennedy & Sons just remodeled my home last fall - I was worried as I wasn't sure about colors schemes. I didn't want dull blah colors and I didn't want colors that would stop me from changing my decor if I felt like it. I also didn't know what type of flooring I should use in each room. Roy was very easy to work with,and easy to talk to and he understood what I was looking for. Turns out he had excellent ideas and he gave me a sense of self assuredness that made me decide to put it all in his hands. What a phenomenal job he did - my home is like a show place - he chose the perfect colors for the walls and each room blends into the next. The floors he did in red oak for the bedroom and LR, he re-grouted the kitchen ceramic tile and did all of downstairs in this awesome blend of browns ceramic tile - the floors are perfect and level and the kitchen looks brand new with the tiles being re-grouted. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any job large or small - and will certainly refer my friends and family to him
